WebM is the open video format produced by browser-based screen recorders, some meeting tools, and web downloads. VTT (WebVTT) is the caption format HTML5 video players accept natively - so if you recorded something in a browser and want captions for the web, WebM-to-VTT is a natural pairing.

Does SnailText burn the subtitles into the video when I use WebM to VTT?
